LogicSim 3.3 Licensing and Pricing
We offer a very flexible licensing scheme for the purchase of our software. The more licenses you purchase the more discount you get.
Each software license is controlled by an activation key, which is required to activate the software once it has passed 30-day free trial period. All of our trial products are fully functional without any feature limitation or performance slowdown, however purchase is required upon 30-day expiry date.
In the case of personal use, each LogicSim license is limited to only 1 user and 1 concurrent simulation run. For example, you can install LogicSim on your workstation, laptop and home PC, but only 1 user can use it at one time. Only 1 simulation run is allowed at any given time for each license, whereby a single simulation run is equivalent to a single process instance.
In the case of commercial use, each LogicSim license is limited to only 1 node and 1 concurrent simulation run. For example, you can only install LogicSim on a single workstation, laptop or server, but different users can use it at different time. If you wish to have multiple concurrent users and simulation runs, please purchase multiple licenses accordingly. We also offer site license for unlimited concurrent users and simulation runs, please contact our sales team for further information.
All license policies apply to virtual machines as well, whereby a single instance of virtual machine is equivalant to a single physical computer. The violation of our software licensing agreement will be subjected to termination of use and possibly legal action.

All licenses purchased are perpetual. You can continue receiving free upgrade for life. You own a perpetual license for the free upgrade as well.
